Adviser on the construction, development and financing of high technology vessels to be used for loading, unloading, regasification, storage and transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG), service vessels.

Orlean SA, CZH SA, and TACDEVRON have formed a joint venture to build, develop, and finance a LNG terminal in Gdansk, Poland. The development of port infrastructure, storage facilities, and pipeline infrastructure is concurrent with LNG terminal construction.

Providing financing for both terminal infrastructure and new-build vessel infrastructure at the same time, this structure will be the first-of-its-kind for LNG terminal development and LNG vessels in the region and across the globe.

The newly built LNG terminal will enable Poland to import LNG, supporting the country's domestic gas market and maintaining its energy security.  Contributing to Poland's economic development and strengthening its fuel security, the project strengthens the country's position.
